These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which ABCme (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides its services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms and confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old.
Eligibility & Parental Responsibility
You may use ABCme only if you are the parent or legal guardian of the child featured in the uploaded photo. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have full rights to the image and the legal authority to provide consent for its use within ABCme solely for book creation.
Acceptable Use
You may not upload photos containing nudity, inappropriate content, copyrighted images without permission, or photos of children who are not under your legal care. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these requirements.
Photo Use & Deletion
Uploaded photos are used exclusively to generate your personalized book. We encrypt, process, and retain the photo only for the duration required to complete the book, after which the image is permanently deleted from our systems.
Book Ownership & License
You retain rights to your original uploaded photo. ABCme retains ownership of book layouts, artwork, templates, and design elements. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use and print your completed book.
AI-Generated Outputs
ABCme uses automated tools, including AI-based line-art generation. Generated illustrations may vary in appearance, style, or detail. All output is designed to be child-safe and representative rather than an exact likeness.
Service Availability & Revisions
Features of the platform may be updated, improved, or temporarily suspended as needed for maintenance or enhancements. We are not liable for delays caused by system load, network issues, or service interruptions.
Payment, Billing & Refunds
If you enable paid services or printed book purchases in the future, a detailed billing and refund policy will apply. Until then, this section serves as a placeholder.
Limitation of Liability
ABCme is not responsible for misuse of downloaded or printed materials. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Privacy & COPPA Compliance
