ABCme Privacy Policy

Parents may upload a child’s photo solely for generating a personalized book. This may include the uploaded image and an optional name. ABCme does not collect any information directly from children.

We may collect parent account details such as name, email, optional billing info, and app activity including uploads, book generation events, and downloads.

We also automatically collect technical data such as device type, browser, and IP address for security and performance enhancement. This data is never linked to a child’s identity.

Children’s photos are used strictly to generate personalized ABC or coloring books. Photos are never used for AI training, advertising, resale, or long-term storage.

Uploaded photos are encrypted during transfer and storage. They are retained only for the short duration required to generate the book and deleted automatically after completion. We do not maintain archives containing children’s images.

As required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), only verified parents or guardians may upload images. No data is collected directly from children, and parents may request deletion at any time.

Parents may request deletion of photos, removal of generated books, or updates to a child’s data at any time. This ensures full transparency and control over all child-related information.

ABCme may use trusted third-party tools for tasks such as image processing, secure file delivery, or temporary storage. All partners are contractually required to protect user data and prohibited from using images for training AI systems.

We employ multiple layers of security including encryption, restricted access controls, secure infrastructure, continuous monitoring, and automated deletion systems to ensure data confidentiality.

Photos are permanently deleted shortly after book creation. Parent account information is stored only as needed to provide services. Completed books remain available until deleted by the parent.

Our Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Significant updates will be communicated through email or in-app notifications.
