• Billing info (if applicable)
• Actions inside the app (upload, generate, download)

3. Automatically Collected Data

For security and performance, we collect standard analytics (IP, device type, browser, etc.).

This is never linked to a child's identity.

2. How We Use Information

Children's Photos are Used ONLY to:

• Create personalized ABC or coloring books

Children's Photos are NEVER:

• Used to train AI
• Sold
• Shared externally
• Used for marketing
• Stored long-term

3. Photo Storage & Deletion Policy

We take child data seriously.

Uploaded photos are:

• Encrypted during transit and storage
• Stored temporarily for book generation
• Automatically deleted within a short window after the book is completed
• Removed from both our servers and temporary storage locations

We do not maintain archives of children's photos.

4. COPPA Compliance

Because ABCme involves the creation of books for young children, we follow COPPA guidelines:

• Photos can only be uploaded by a verified parent or legal guardian
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
• We obtain parental consent before creating a child profile
• Parents may request deletion at any time

5. Parent Rights

Parents can:

• Request deletion of any data
• Request removal of a book
• Ask for confirmation that a photo has been deleted
• Update or correct child profile information

All providers are contractually required to:

• Child photos → Deleted after book creation
